The agreement between you and Nordic IPTV when you use the service.

By subscribing to or using Nordic IPTV you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the service. We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected in the date at the top of this page.
Your credentials are personal. You are responsible for keeping them private and for any use made of them. Sharing credentials beyond the connection count included in your plan may result in suspension without refund.
The service is for private, personal viewing. Redistribution, public performance, resale and any attempt to record, restream or circumvent access controls are prohibited and will end the subscription immediately.
We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Streaming quality depends on your own internet connection and equipment, which are outside our control. Planned maintenance is announced in advance where practical.
Plans are paid in advance for the chosen period. Every plan includes a free trial so you can verify the service works on your connection before paying. A 7-day money-back guarantee applies to first-time subscriptions where the service cannot be made to work; it does not cover a change of mind after the period has been used.
You may cancel at any time; the subscription then runs to the end of the paid period. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms, in particular the acceptable-use section.
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the current subscription period. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under Finnish or EU law.
